Step 1 - Choose the Right Agent

Step 3 - Establish your Home Search Criteria

Step 6 - Conditions, Home Inspections and Waivers
The offer has been accepted. Now we need to satisfy the conditions. This usually involves performing a home inspection and getting all the important documents to your mortgage broker or bank, and arranging other documentation that might be needed. You’ll need to find a qualified home inspector to determine the condition or your new home! We are happy to recommend a trusted professional to you, if needed.
Step 7 - Close the Deal
Typically, you will have anywhere from 30 to 90 days to get everything ready for your home. It could be shorter or longer, depending on what you need and have agreed upon with the seller. The closing date is usually the same as your move-in date.

Step 8 - Prepare and Move into your Home
